Rooms
Standard Suites offer a queen-size bed upstairs in an enclosed loft with a double bed downstairs, private bathroom, television, snack refrigerator and fireplace. Unlike normal hotel rooms, in our rooms the beds are not visible from one another so everyone has a true sense of privacy. Trackside Suites offer the same layout as the Standard Suite, but out the front window you have a breathtaking view of the Animas Valley as well as the historic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad as it rumbles by. Family Suites are furnished with two queen-size beds and one full bed, all upstairs, with a standard couch and microwave downstairs in the living room area. The family suite also has the added convenience of bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs.

Facilities And Services
Wake up to a free continental breakfast for guests. Relax in a large indoor heated pool, hot tub, or sauna, all of which are open from 10am till 10pm daily. The patio just outside the pool is a great place to get some sun and spend time with family and friends. Also available for your use are exercise facilities, game room for kids and barbecue picnic area.

Located only 5 minutes from historic downtown Durango and 30 minutes from Durango Mountain Resort, we offer the perfect mix between ease of access to downtown Durango and easy travel to the resort area. There is a trolley that stops in front of our lobby on a regular basis which travels the entire length of Main Avenue. It is an economical and fun way to get downtown to explore the wonderful heritage of Durango.
